- In case of accidental or duplicate transactions, kindly contact us within 7 working days at the details provided on our website.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
- For products or materials purchased, cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
